Look, I've spent years working on projects where sustainability was just a checkbox. That never sat right with me. Every home we design starts with the land - understanding its rhythms, its light, how the wind moves through.

Vancouver's given us this incredible backdrop of mountains and ocean. Why would we fight against that? Our designs work with what's already there, using materials that make sense and systems that don't drain resources just to keep you comfortable.

Recent project in West Van

This one challenged us in the best ways. Steep slope, protected trees, clients who wanted zero fossil fuels. Took 18 months from concept to move-in, but we built something that'll be comfortable for decades without costing a fortune to run.
